Mission of the District Manager of the Historic Fabric of Arak

– Carry out all affairs and supervise all activities carried out within the framework of the municipality’s duties in the districts, in coordination with the relevant deputy departments
– Handle urban services and strive to meet the environmental needs of residents and supervise the performance of contractors providing urban services in the neighborhoods and areas under supervision
– Create and maintain green spaces and parks in the district, including all parks, whether large parks (regional, neighborhood, and local parks, linear green spaces, neighborhood parks, and the like)
– Prevent any activities that are contrary to municipal regulations and the provisions of the relevant clauses under Article 55 of the Municipalities Law.
– Patching asphalt on streets within the district and repairing and restoring bridges, curbs, medians, sidewalks, and fencing of vacant lands, as well as repairing and maintaining technical and civil structures and also repairing buildings and public facilities located within the district
– Issue building permits, repair permits, and completion certificates, and respond to inquiries regarding properties and tradespeople, in accordance with urban planning and industrial regulations and directives within the scope of delegated approved authority
– Supervise construction operations within the district in accordance with approved regulations and directives issued by the relevant deputy departments
– Supervise administrative, employment, and financial affairs of the district based on delegated authority
– Implement executive programs related to beautification of the district and traffic geometric plans under the supervision of the relevant units in the municipality’s headquarters
– Prepare the budget and take action to collect the municipality’s legal revenues, prepare the annual executive program, announce the district’s needs to the relevant units, and follow up on providing them
– Supervise construction operations within the district in compliance with urban planning regulations and the Engineering System Law, and prevent unauthorized construction
– Perform other assigned duties as instructed by superiors
