Linking Organizational Vitality with Children's Environmental Education at the Zoo ParkAccording to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, on the occasion of Family Day and simultaneously with National Environment Week, a family gathering for Arak Municipality employees was held with a focus on honoring the family’s status and promoting a culture of preserving nature. This event, attended by Dr. Alireza Mahmoudi, the mayor of Arak, and a group of managers, was centered on honoring the family’s status and enhancing the culture of civic education. In this program, efforts were made to specifically teach children practical lessons in environmental protection and nature conservation. Honoring the family; a priority of urban management Abolfazl Faraji, Deputy for Planning and Human Capital Development of the Arak Municipality, emphasizing the importance of strengthening the family foundation within the administrative system, stated: This gathering was more than a simple get-together; it was an effort to appreciate the companionship of families who are the main support behind the round-the-clock services of municipal employees. Creating vitality and solidarity in this group directly affects improved morale in service and the enhancement of the organization’s human capital. Children; new ambassadors of the environment The special focus of this gathering was educating the new generation to protect natural heritage. The children present at this ceremony, while visiting the Arak Zoo Park, became familiar with environmental protection concepts and how to interact with wildlife through field training workshops. The goal of these programs was to institutionalize the culture of caring for green spaces and the environment in the minds of young children as future ambassadors of urban management.
