According to the Municipality's Communications and International Affairs Department, in a meeting attended by the Mayor of Arak and municipal managers on the fifth day of the commemoration of Arak Cultural Week, the service desk system and remote municipal services at my.arak.ir, as well as the citizen participation system in urban decision-making at idea.arak.ir, were unveiled.

Dear fellow citizens of Arak, please be informed that from now on you can benefit from municipal services remotely. With the launch of the electronic service desk by Arak Municipality, a new and innovative step has been taken in the smart city domain.

And the important point is: how can these services be used? Simply by visiting the electronic portal my.arak.ir once and registering through the My Government or Ministry of Interior window, you can permanently benefit from Arak Municipality services in various areas.
