According to the Department of Communications and International Affairs of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, the Deputy for Planning and Human Capital Development of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, while outlining the roadmap for transformation in the managerial body, emphasized the necessity of structural reorganization as a prerequisite for improving productivity. Faraji noted that the dynamism of a metropolis depends on having a flexible organizational chart, and stated: revising the organizational arrangement of Arak Municipality is now on the agenda as a strategic priority.

The process of organizing the human resources chart in the central municipality and its affiliated organizations has been put on the agenda, and the specialized review stages are currently underway.
