According to the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Municipality of the Metropolis of Arak, a fire at a deserted house in Sanjan was brought under control through the efforts and swift action of firefighters from Station No. 10 in Sanjan. Given the large volume of combustible materials, the long delay before the fire started, the slow-burning nature of the blaze, and the fire’s spread among the debris, extinguishing and securing the site were successfully completed after hours of uninterrupted effort by operational crews. Continuing the firefighters’ round-the-clock efforts, following citizens’ call to the 125 command center reporting a fire in a guard booth, firefighters from Operational Station No. 10 were immediately dispatched to the scene in Sardasht, Karbala Boulevard. Their timely presence and rapid action led to the complete extinguishing of the fire and prevented its spread. Fortunately, this incident was reported with no trapped or injured persons. Also, on Quds Boulevard and around Saqakhaneh Square, a Mazda pickup truck fire was completely brought under control in the shortest possible time thanks to the firefighters’ swift action. In another incident in the Mehrdasht area, firefighters managed to control a fire in a Volvo truck that had caught fire from the cab area and prevented the flames from spreading to other parts of the vehicle.
According to the Department of Communications and International Affairs, a report was received via the 125 system regarding a collision between two vehicles and the rollover of a Peugeot 405 on the Delijan Boulevard route toward Hepco. Operational نیروهای of Station No. 1, Shahid Nazari, were immediately dispatched to the scene of the incident. After firefighters arrived at the scene, it was determined that the rollover of the Peugeot had occurred as a result of the collision between a Rana vehicle and the Peugeot 405. The injured in this incident were transported to medical centers by emergency personnel before the firefighters arrived. After fully securing the scene, eliminating potential hazards, and preventing secondary incidents, the firefighters handed the scene over to law enforcement officers.
The action that has placed Arak among the country's leading cities in using a clean transportation fleet. Given Arak's special environmental conditions and air pollution, the city administration, with a responsible and program-oriented outlook, has chosen the development of clean transportation as one of its main priorities. Electric buses, due to the absence of pollutant and noise emissions, play an effective role in improving air quality and creating calm in urban traffic. This new fleet, in addition to its environmental benefits, has also created a remarkable transformation in terms of comfort, and with features such as suitable heating and cooling systems, comfortable seats, easy access for people with disabilities, and completely silent movement, it has provided citizens with a safe and pleasant experience of intra-city travel and has led to reduced travel time and increased public satisfaction. Continuing along this path, the Arak metropolitan municipality, by consolidating its development-oriented outlook, has concluded a contract to purchase 20 more electric buses at the same previous price, of which, according to the planned schedule, 12 units will soon be added to the city's public transportation fleet; an action that shows the continuity and seriousness of the city administration in renewing the fleet. This purposeful move indicates that the Arak municipality considers fleet renewal not as a temporary measure, but as a long-term investment in the health of citizens and a greener future, and with this approach, it has introduced Arak as a successful model on the path toward clean transportation and a sustainable city.
