The first meeting of the task force for launching the electronic service desk of Arak Municipality was held.

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Arak Municipality, given the need to implement the electronic service desk plan, in a brainstorming session attended by the deputies for planning and human capital development, finance and economics, urban services, and the head of the municipality's Information and Communications Technology Organization, discussion, exchange of views, and decision-making were carried out regarding the launch of the electronic service desk.

It is worth noting that in the first meeting of the task force for launching the electronic service desk of Arak Municipality, the members emphasized the need to form working groups under the task force with the aim of identifying, prioritizing, and preparing service profiles for the services that can be offered, and in order to expedite the implementation of the necessary infrastructure for the electronic service desk, with the cooperation of the municipality's managers and staff, the necessary decisions were made.
