According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, in line with improving financial discipline and accurately carrying out the budget settlement process, a meeting to revise and harmonize the financial and budget systems of Arak Municipality was held with the حضور of relevant managers and experts.

This meeting was formed with the aim of resolving possible discrepancies in the financial software, facilitating the reporting process, and increasing accuracy in budget analyses. Given the importance of the “budget settlement” process as a key tool for monitoring the municipality’s financial performance and its compliance with the approved programs of the City Islamic Council, integrating and resolving system discrepancies has been placed on the urban management agenda as one of the main priorities.

Faraji, the Deputy for Planning and Human Resource Development of Arak Municipality, while reviewing the existing challenges in the current systems, emphasized the need to move toward smartization and eliminate human errors in recording and processing financial data, and added: harmonizing these systems will not only pave the way for greater transparency in the municipality’s revenues and cost management, but will also significantly increase the speed and accuracy of financial reports provided to supervisory bodies; this is an essential step toward gaining public trust and increasing efficiency in implementing the municipality’s construction and service projects in Arak.

He stated: At present, the accurate implementation of the budget settlement for the organizations of visual identity, landscape and urban green space, as well as urban development and revitalization, has been carried out, and the remaining organizations and districts will be completed in order.
