According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Arak Metropolitan Municipality, the Deputy for Planning and Human Resources Development of Arak Municipality announced a record of 135,448 person-hours of in-service training in the past year, indicating a fivefold increase compared to 1403.

Faraji, the Deputy for Planning and Human Resources Development of Arak Municipality, referring to the extensive efforts of this deputyship in empowering staff, stated: In order to improve employees' individual and specialized skills, a series of in-service courses, including in-person and non-in-person (offline) classes with valid certificates from the Central Province Governorate, have been held.

He further explained the diversity of educational methods used in Arak Municipality: In addition to standard and approved courses from the governorate, innovative approaches such as mentoring courses (career guidance and experience transfer by experts) have been implemented to improve professional skills, through which 367 employees have been trained over the past two years. Group courses have also been designed and implemented based on a precise needs assessment of various units.

The Deputy for Planning and Human Resources Development of Arak Municipality, referring to the holding of skill-oriented briefing sessions, noted: These courses have been held at the request of subordinate units and with a focus on practical topics such as urban defense, public speaking and organizational charisma, motivational growth, increasing individual productivity, and specialized training in the field of artificial intelligence, and so on.

Faraji also referred to the "National Saturday Training Campaign" and said:  This governorate-approved campaign, which has been in place for years, has been designed with the aim of improving the knowledge level of municipal managers and experts, focusing on improving executive processes and strengthening the decision-making system, and its content is issued weekly. It did not have a defined implementation process within the municipality, but this year, with the planning carried out, all municipal employees have been able to benefit from these educational capacities. Also, the offline Ma'een Thought tests include 23 specialized 4-hour courses in various fields, authorized by the Municipalities Organization, and are held offline until the end of Azar under contract.
